

Peter Chalk

Specialising in rum and whisky, Peter has spent many years on both sides of a bar.
Starting his hospitality journey in Brisbane, he worked with some of the most well-respected seniors within the industry. Refining his expertise at ‘The Walrus Club’ in Toowong peter helped the team win the major awards with the QHA, helping cement the walrus club as the powerhouse of a venue it is today.
A cocktail veteran, focusing on heavy rum tiki cocktails, peter is no stranger to competitions, where he has made a name for himself within the industry.
Peter has gone on to learn much about the finer details of rum and its production, working with different brands throughout the country. Always trying to extend his knowledge and pass this onto the next generation of bartenders.
