A Rum and cocktail expert that spent his early life in bars and pubs, surrounded by a crowd of drinkers, who later aspired to excel in the same culture of people who longed simply for a good time.

Getting his start in the Walrus Club in Toowong, under the guidance of veteran rum drinkers and cocktail artists, he has been spending the last few years learning rums from across the globe, and the cocktails that showcase it.

Never far from a recipe book, discussing the issue with industry veterans, or having a chat seasoned patrons, Kieran has gone on to train his own team of incredibly knowledgeable cocktail staff, their knowledge of rums among some of the best.
