Jay is currently the Brand Ambassador for Campari Group in Australia covering QLD, NT & WA.
He has over two decades of experience in all aspects of the drinks industry from working in Australia, India and London. His experience is broad ranging from Barista training, winning cocktail competitions, curating wine lists in private members bars, consulting, owning a pub, to working as a Brand Ambassador with United Spirits India, Diageo Reserve Brands and Now Campari Group
Jay holds a distinction in WSET Advanced wines & Spirits and is driven by a profound passion for taste, flavor, and the art of well-executed simplicity. When he’s not immersed in the world of Vermouth or savoring a Milano-Torino, Jay enjoys unwinding with his Doberman – Pinot, or teaching a yoga class on the weekend.
