Mitch is the recently appointed Flor de Caña Brand Ambassador for Australia and New Zealand, with over 10 years experience behind the bar and a stint working for the famous Rum Diary Bar in Melbourne, Mitch is now traveling Australia and spreading the importance of sustainability whilst also educating the next generation of hospitality about the rich history of Flor de Caña and Rum as a category. Mitch brings a wealth of spirits knowledge and a great passion for all spirits, experienced at judging cocktail competitions and also competing, he has also made a few gins in collaborations with local distillers.
